Our team

Our team have been building and expanding businesses for over 25 years across USA, Canada, UK , Ireland, Europe and Asia.

We have been both very successful and also have the valuable lessons of failure.

As entrepreneurs ourselves, we do not operate like traditional consultants.

We only take on projects where we can truly add value.

We typically start with a 30-60 day project so you don't have to commit to long term funding.

For exceptional businesses we are willing to on a combination of fees and equity.

Our history

Since 1999, we have been building businesses across CPG, beverage, alcohol, food, pet care, hospitality and industrial.

We have successfully worked on multiple business turnarounds and grown businesses from $3m to $200m

Our mission

We want to be an extension of our partner clients, acting like a founder and not a consultant. We always deliver feedback with honesty and ensure that we are truly an extension of the management team.

Managing Partner

Niall Phelan

Originally from Ireland, Niall has worked across USA, Europe, Asia, Australia and Canada.

For over 25 years he has been leading high growth brands and launching start ups in consumer goods, pet care, hospitality, beverage, alcohol, industrial and cannabis.

He now lives in Florida with his family and supports businesses internationally with expansion, marketing strategy, turnaround scenarios, distribution, business planning and acts as a c level advisor to small and medium size businesses.

Corporate

Niall has held international board and senior positions in Nestle & Molson Coors in addition to board positions in multiple small to medium size businesses. He has advised and consulted for Brewdog, large distribution companies small distilleries, restaurants and bars. Over the years he has worked on Red Bull, Colgate, Coors Light, Blue Moon, Molson Canadian and many other well known brands.

Education and Awards

Niall holds Post Graduate qualifications in Business, Leadership, Sustainability and Organizational Behavior. he also hosts an associates degree in Marketing, and additional certificates in negotiation and leadership.

Niall has twice been awarded in the European Business Awards and has multiple national business and innovation awards.
